Our technology is sophisticated but we like to keep our prices simple.
All of our services are priced per user - enterprise options are available on request:

We don't charge setup fees for our fully hosted service*. In most cases, you can be up and running with AL2 Desktop on your PC in minutes.
Whether you select our hosted service, on-premise or a combination of both, the fee per user is the same and there's no charge for updates which usually occur monthly.
* If you need our technical team to help you install on-site, there may be a charge to cover our costs.
Prices exclude data licensing fees for non-PGA members.
PGA members' use of OS AL2 is permitted via the PGA agreement.

Our software is built with users in mind. Most of our support team helped build it.
We don't have queues or overseas call centres. You can call us direct, for free, and talk directly
with your account manager, lead developer or support team any time during office hours. They know
the software inside-out and can help you with any questions. We understand the unique demands of
government and have the technology, skills and expertise to help you make the most of your investment
